• When it comes to Tea – We bring you the finest from My English Garden Tea. We purchase our teas from a member of Specialty Tea Institute - the connoisseur of teas.
• My English Garden Teas are blended by tea masters overseeing the growing, drying process, and the handling, whether it is whole leaf or cut, first flush or other harvests to bring you the most desirable and delicate teas. There are 3 different harvests. The first flush is the first harvest picking only two leaves and a bud at the tip of the plant. The second being used for full bodied and stronger teas. The third flush is usually the lowest quality with a certain amount of bitterness.
• My English Garden Teas are first and second flush pickings using mostly whole leaf rather than broken leaf or powder.
